How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Would that be 36 games then? That's $4,320 total correct? Since a few top games are sold including the Lakers, Cavs home opener, I'd give $4,100?
  • The games are already discounted off the face value of $65 per ticket. 36 games @ the face rate is $4680. I'm willing to do $4320 w/ the playoff guarantee. Should you insist on $4100, I will not include playoffs. Feel free to make an offer and we can work thru there.

I'l just go ahead and ask you here. I want to be sure I am able to buy playoff tickets at face from you. The listing says "full season allows you to buy 2 playoff games from each round". Based on your counter, I'm going to buy 39 games, not 41. Since that is essentially a full season, I want to be sure I can buy 2 playoff games from each round.
  • No worries, I'm new to this as well. The reason I had to counter offer is because the OKC game is no longer available. I wasn't able to comment in the counter, so I'm glad that you reached out. So, in effect, you're getting 39 games left in the regular season. You will be able to get 2 playoff games each round for face value, yes. Home court advantage will be a factor, and I will always offer you the first 2 home games avail. Based on a best of 7 format, those games are guaranteed. We could work something out where you hold off on one of those *if* you wanted to wait out a potential later game in the series (or you had a conflict), but we can always sort that out later in the year. Basically, original offer in effect, minus the preseason/opening night/11-5 OKC game. If you are amenable, please accept the counter and we'll be on our way. Once we have acceptance, I believe we can share contact info and deal directly.

You said seats are on the aisle, so across the aisle to the left is the bar? Since I'd be looking left towards the court, would the bar patrons be blocking my view?
  • Row 1 in this section is "below" the bar level, so you are taking a few steps down once you pass thru the gate. You have an unobstructed view of the court from these seats.
