How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

In Person Draft
New partner will participate in an In Person Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. If a partner cannot attend a date, efforts shall be made to ensure partners picks are fairly selected (for example, ability to call in selection, or the option to send another person to make picks). Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Do you still have tickets left? If so which games? Is it the aisle closer to 120 or 122. Thanks
  • Yes... I have some tickets left. The aisle we are on runs between Sections 120 and 121 -- so we are slightly behind the backboard. The "premium" games are not available (Cleveland, Golden State, etc.). The following are available. I would sell you any of the below at face value, except for the Heat and the Raptors, for which I would charge $250.00. hi, is this still available? my apologies as I was not able to respond to the offer on time
  • Hi Dio, Yes... it's still available, but because you didn't reply, I agreed with Scott (the partner I already have) to sell him 15 tickets. That means I will want to sell 15 more tickets... not more or less. Because Scott came first, I will get 1st pick, he'll get 2nd, you'd get 3rd, then I'd get 4th, he'll get 5th and you'd get 6th. Not serpentine.

Per your previous response, the draft doesn't look serpentine. Is it supposed to be serpentine? I'm interested in 11 games if it was
  • No... I get first picks in every round.

How would game selection work with 11 tickets?
  • Hi Kenneth, As you probably saw, I already have a buyer for 11 tickets, so there are only 22 left to sell. If you were to purchase 11 more tickets, and if you were to move quickly so that the 3 of us did the selection at the same time, I would select the first 2 games, Scott would pick the 3rd and you would pick the 4th. Then I would pick 5 and 6, Scott would pick 7 and you would pick 8. And so it would go till you have selected 11 games.

Will you sell a pack of 5 games?
  • Sorry, Brandon, but I think that would just be too complicated in terms of game selection. I am willing to sell as many as 33 games. If I sold 5 games to people, I could have as many as 6 different people, plus me, trying to select games. Of course, if you don't care what games you go to (highly improbable), we could probably work something out.

Could I receive first right of refusal for future seasons to partner?
  • I could give you a right of first acceptance for future seasons. That is, I would tell you what I'm about to post as an offer, and if you want it, you could take it. I would commit to not post something lower than what I offer to you. Not quite a right of first refusal, but I believe it would be equally good for you.

Hi- are the seats on the aisle between 121 and 122? Are the tickets delivered electronically to me? I don't live locally in Chicago I live in Dallas. How would you recommend we exchange payment? I am in town for the Packers vs Bears Game. I would be interested in up to all of the games.
  • I wish the seats were on the aisle between 121 and 122. Unfortunately, they are on the aisle between 120 and 121. Yes... I would send you the tickets electronically. You could have your bank send me a check electronically or you could bring a cashier's check when we meet at the end of September when you're in town for the Packers game. However, I would want $1,000.00 earnest money to hold the tickets for you till the end of September, so doing it all electronically might be easier. 33 games are still available. We could do the game selection at the end of September.

Thanks for getting back to me and I am good with the fee structure you proposed. Do these tickets have a parking pass?
  • Sorry, but we don't have a parking pass. I also re-confirmed with the web-site that they don't charge fees for this service. The mention of fees in their Terms of Service is a hold-over from a baseball relationship they have. So if we don't use PayPal, there should be zero fees. Nice!

I am very interested in buying all 33 games but have 2 questions. Do you have access to getting 4 tickets for some games? ( do you have the two seats next to these). Would want to be able to choose the 33 games before agreeing to deal.
  • Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry... I do not have access to getting 4 tickets for any games. Regarding game selection... I would suggest that if you purchase 33 tickets, I would get the first, fifth, ninth, etc. pick for games. You would get the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, etc. We would do this after the schedule is announced. Playoffs would be similar. I would go to the 1st, 5th, 9th etc. games and you would go to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, etc. games. One other issue is possible fees. I was just told the following by this site: "... there are absolutely no fees at all to use this service. The Bulls provide this service for their season ticket holders. In addition, you are not required to use PayPal." That's good. I prefer not to incur the 3% fee of Paypal. I will accept a cashiers check or cash when we meet. If there do prove to be any fees, I would propose that we share them proportionally -- that is, I would pay 12/45 of any fees we incur and you would pay 33/45 of any fees we incur. Thanks again for your inquiry. I look forward to hearing from you.
